HSIC, a solely owned subsidiary of HSCDC, entered into a partnership with Anacostia Economic Development Corporation and DRI Partners (Anacostia Gateway, LLC), to support the completion of the Anacostia Gateway Development. It currently houses the District’s Department of Housing and Community Development and will serve as a catalyst to stimulate additional investments and development along the Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue and the Good Hope Road SE corridors of Historic Anacostia.
